1、整机与零部件全防爆设计
采用防爆安全设计，产品通过中国国家防爆电气产品质 量监督检验中心测试与认证。
2、双温度保护
（1）当温度超出设定温度10度
（2）当仪表损坏超出210度设备均会停机并报警
3、双压力保护
（1）当设备桶内压力超出0.3KG压力时安全阀泄压
（2）当压力超出0.3KG后，压力控制器会传输信号后， 停机并报警
4、两重关机模式
（1）定时关机
（2）蒸汽达到设定值设备关机
5、全自动进料模式
（1）连续进料，连续出料
（2）避免打开桶盖气味的问题
（3）避免人工进料清渣烫伤的问题
6、整机不锈钢制造
回收桶采用304不锈钢，厚度2MM，机身机架采用202不 锈钢，厚度1.3MM，耐酸碱，耐腐蚀，超长使用寿命
7、防爆电控箱
杰兴研发团队根据欧美防爆标准设计，全隔爆式防爆, 杜绝一切电火花与溶剂接触。
8、间接加热
通过导热油将温度间接传递给回收桶内废溶剂，加热更安全。导热油采用烷基苯成分，开口加热360度不燃。
9、真空减压
采用日本SMC真空发生器，减压，储存，排料于一体的 多功能真空减压泵
10、真空全自动
可根据客户定制双真空连续进料，排料系统，实现从进 料至排料全自动工作。
11、90度旋转排渣及下排渣功能
回收桶槽90度旋转，清理回收桶内的异物杂质，简单方便。也可以桶过下排渣方式排出，可选气动或手动排渣
12、流出液体安全保护
当冷却风扇损坏或冷凝水缺失，设备感应到流出温度过高，设备会停机并报警。
